Bryant Family Jewellers offers one complimentary resize on all engagement rings. Our complimentary resizing offer is valid within six months from the date that the ring is collected or dispatched from our store.

Complimentary resizes are subject to the ring being within our resizing limits (please refer to the description tab for each item). If the resize required is outside of these parameters, a re-manufacture may be necessary to maintain the structural integrity of your piece. Please contact us to discuss.

If you are unsure of the exact size required, we recommend visiting us in store or contacting us to discuss in order to avoid unneccesary additional costs. Outside of the first six months specified above, resizing will be at a cost.

Unless otherwise stated, unworn jewellery pieces may be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the item(s) for store credit. 

Customers will be responsible for any shipping and redelivery fees. Where possible we recommend in store returns, alternatively we recommend shipping return orders via a trusted and trackable service as Bryant Family Jewellers is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen parcels.

This exchange policy does not apply to pieces that have been modified, including but not limited to resizing and engraving. Items that are not received in their original condition (unworn, no scratches, original packaging) will not be accepted for exchange and will be returned to the customer. We reserve the right to reject an exchange if we find that it is not in new condition.

This piece is in stock and ready to ship. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to prepare and dispatch your order. 

Pick up in store is available and you will be notified once it is prepared and ready for collection, typically within 1 business day.

Where resizing and/or engraving is required this may take 5 to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched or be notified it is ready for in store collection.
